This Refund Policy governs all purchases and subscriptions made through the BBC Better Business Credit platform operated by BBC Better Business Credit Inc.. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
BBC Better Business Credit offers monthly and annual subscription plans (Builder and Pro). All plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.
We stand behind the value of BBC Better Business Credit. If you are a first-time subscriber to a paid plan (Builder or Pro) and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment date.

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Money-Back Request" and include your account email and reason for cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
After cancellation, your account will revert to the free Starter plan. Your business profile data will be retained for 90 days, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you cancel an annual plan before the end of your subscription year and do not qualify for the 7-day money-back guarantee, you may be eligible for a prorated refund under the following conditions:
Example: If you cancel an annual Builder plan ($468/year) after 3 months, with 9 full months remaining, your refund would be: (9/12 × $468) − $15 = $336.00.
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
Upgrades: When you upgrade from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period at the new plan rate. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current period.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 7 days. During this period, your account will remain active. If payment is not collected after 3 attempts, your account will be downgraded to the free Starter plan and access to paid features will be suspended until payment is resolved.
You will not be charged retroactively for the period during which your account was suspended due to a failed payment. Reactivating your subscription starts a new billing cycle from the reactivation date.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. BBC Better Business Credit is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
Refunds will appear on your statement as "BBC BETTER BUSINESS CREDIT REFUND" or similar. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting BBC Better Business Credit may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from the platform.

BBC Better Business Credit Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
